| Chandraseniya Kaystha Prabhu Dnyatigruha Trust, Thane has undertaken a very prestigious NUTAN VASTU PRAKALPA (Community Center Project). the estimated cost of the project is approximately SEVEN CRORES. |

| The old building on our own plot has been demolished. On the levelled plot a Bhumi Pujan Ceremony was performed on 27th June 2008. Building construction work has already been started as per the plans approved by Thane Municipal Corporation. Construction work progress is quite satisfactory & we hope that 1st floor slab will be completed by end Feb 2009. We enclose a brochure giving the information & salient features of the project. On completion this project will not only cater to the need of CKP Community but all Communities & Corporate Sector. |

| Features of New Hall |

| a) After occupancy of the old hall was down to 80-85 days during the whole year.It is
expected to go up to at least 120-125 days with much bigger hall. |

| b) The old hall did not have parking facility. New hall has parking facility for 45 four
wheelers and 30 two wheelers. |
| |
| c) The new hall also has one big and three smaller halls for conducting various small
functions, seminars, lectures etc which can be rented out to improve the finances of the
Trust. |

| d) It will accommodate all satellite institutions of the Trust with their own offices. |
| |
| e) The cost of the new hall is estimated to be around Rs 7 CRORES which will financed
by internal accruals,donations for naming different halls, donations from members of the
club, loan from financial institutions Banks. |

| There are many close relatives of members, either settled abroad and are citizens of those countries. They are requested to contribute generously for this project. lt is
therefore decided by the Board of Trustees to obtain permission from the Home Ministry
for collecting donations in Foreign currency in form FC-8. |

| We earnestly appeal you for your generous donations for this noble cause. Donors will get some concessions & Benefits in the rent of the hall. The names of donors giving sizable donations will be displayed within the premises on permanent basis as per guidelines. No doubt your own valuable contribution will help us to complete the project, however we shall be grateful if you use your influence within friends too, to send their contribution to us. |
