Salient Features of the New Vastu Prakalpa

a) After occupancy of the old hall was down to 80-85 days during the whole year.It is expected to go up to at least 120-125 days with much bigger hall.

b) Air Conditioned hall with a elevated stage having sitting capacity of around 650 persons.

c) Two separate changing rooms for Bride / Bridegroom for their preparation / make up.

d) Two Cafeterias for dining with ultra modern facilities. Two kitchens with modern facilities matching 5-star hotels.

e) 2 Air Conditioned mini halls having area of 1000 sq.ft. each with an adjacent terrace of 2000 sq.ft. to cater small family functions.

f) The old hall did not have parking facility. New hall has parking facility for 40-45 four wheelers and 25-30 two wheelers.

g) 3 lifts and 2 spacious staircases with special service lift for kitchen.

h) Spacious terrace of around 7000 sq.ft with basic facilities for functions.

i) Special provisions with dedicated office rooms for satellite institutions to house their activities.

j) Stand-by power resource like generator sets, solar power equipments, Rain water harvesting, landscape garden will be added features.

k) The cost of the new hall is estimated to be around Rs 7 CRORES which will financed by internal accruals,donations for naming different halls, donations from members of the club, loan from financial institutions Banks.
